Health, Well-being, and Job Performance
The safety of our employees is our top priority. But we go even further by working to protect their health as well. To do so, we created our “Health, Well-being, and Job Performance” programme in 2014. It’s adapted to the needs of all employees, whether they’re working in plants, directly with customers in the field, or at headquarters. Our initiatives support our strong commitment to the sustainable performance of our employees.
We’re constantly driven to be major player in the field of gender equality and transform this ideal into a daily reality. In application of French law No 2018-771 of 5 September 2018 on the freedom to choose one’s professional future, the Aoste Group obtained a score of 93/100 on the gender equality index in 2021. This result is constant relative to previous years. The detailed score points are as follows:
- Pay gap indicator: 38/40
- Individual increase gap indicator: 20/20
- Promotion gap indicator: 15/15
- Indicator of the percentage of employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave: 15/15
- Indicator of the number of employees of the under-represented gender in the top 10: 5/10
