Quality :
Expressed in sensorial terms and directly perceived by consumers. The Aoste Group assesses quality with customer tasting boards and sensorial analyses carried out on production sites and in laboratories.

Food safety :
This involves best practices and three key factors :

- rigorous and selective buying processes; development of supplier partnerships

- systematic analysis and controls at every step of the production cycle: traceability is guaranteed from rearing through to distribution; over 550,000 microbiological and physical/chemical analyses are carried out each year

- Frequent internal and external audits of the Group’s quality management systems.


By way of proof of the excellence of the Aoste Group’s quality management, all sites are ISO 9001 v 2000 certified. They are also IFS v 4 (quality certification validated by distribution companies in France, Germany and Italy) and BRC v 4 certified (distribution in Great Britain).
